Property Purchase

Below is a general step by step guide to the service we can provide;

  1. Conduct initial interview with client to establish exact requirements re property type, style, condition, location, budget and timescale etc.
  2. Provide a portfolio of sample properties for the client to view to facilitate a clear understanding of preferences.
  3. Carry out preliminary search of the market using all available resources.Example of new, executive housing
  4. Prepare short-list of properties which most closely meet your requirements ad personal taste. Preview all properties externally (+ internally if required).
  5. Prepare short report on each property + the immediate surrounding area (this report is supplementary to the Estate Agents details).
  6. Send report and particulars to client for consideration.
  7. Make appointments to view and accompany client (normally 1 day).
  8. Maintain search, as client requires.
  9. Arrange second viewings and accompany client.
  10. Place offer and negotiate on the offer price as required.

 

Property Rental


Often corporate clients may be seeking temporary accommodation or private clients may prefer to rent a property whilst they familiarise themselves with what the area is really like.

Typical rural CottageWe offer a full property rental search and selection service to cover a wide range of requirements and because we are in the business of finding properties, we often hear of new or unusual properties before they are actually released on to the open market.

As with property purchase, we will preview properties for you, prepare a short-list of the best and arrange viewings for you. We will accompany you on viewings + are happy to arrange chauffeur transportation to maximise your safety, comfort and ease.

  • We will negotiate the tenancy agreement with the aim of securing the best possible terms for you.
  • We continue to work on your behalf right up until the day of occupancy, to ensure that all the necessary utility connections have been carried out and that an appropriate inventory has been provided by the landlord.
